How to Submit Service Requests to VPA SupportFollowing the Cadence
acquisition of Verisity, VPA support is now provided within the Cadence
infrastructure. In consequence, there are two recommended ways to
ensure that your service request is immediately assigned to a VPA
support specialist. Please do not submit your initial request in free
text, as that will significantly delay assignment of your request.
Using SourceLinkA SourceLink account lets you download releases of VPA products, search for solutions to common problems, receive announcements on product releases, submit service requests, and track your open service requests. Cadence strongly encourages everyone to submit requests via SourceLink.To use SourceLink to submit a service request:
Using the Support Button in Your VPA ProductThe advantage of using the Support Button is that it automatically adds useful information from your environment to your service request. This can save you much time and substantially reduce the time to resolution of your request.Note: You must still have a SourceLink account to access the Solutions data base and track your open requests. |
