Call For Papers

Verisity's Annual Users' Group Meeting, Club Verification is a great place to meet with verification professionals to share user experiences with Verisity products. If you'd like to present a topic of your choice at one of our worldwide Club Verification meetings, please submit your abstract at: www.verisity.com/resources/clubv/abstracts.html or send an email to Ric Chope (rchope@verisity.com).

Hot topics for submission include:

  • User experiences with Specman Elite, SureCov or eVCs
  • How were you successful with the tool
  • What did you do that was different/unique
  • What aspect of the tool was most useful/why
  • Tips, tricks in Specman Elite, SureCov, eVCs
  • Applying Specman Elite to SoC verification
  • Applying Specman Elite to module and system level verification (in the same DUT)
  • Interfacing Specman Elite with other tools (emulation/acceleration/formal verification, etc.)
  • Hardware/Software co-verification with Specman Elite
  • Preferred verification methodologies/environments
  • Using e for system-level modeling/architectural exploration
  • Verification reuse
  • Strategies for separating testbench architecture from test writing
  • Creating libraries of useful functions/macros
  • Strategies for specific application segments (i.e., scoreboarding for networking, backtracking in generation of CPUs)
  • Coverage driven verification: experience with functional and/or code coverage
  • Debugging techniques

This conference is highly technical and a great place to meet other verification engineers, hear what they are doing in verification and get ideas that you can use in your environment.
